Wiper motor circuit breaker locations for 1992 buick park avenue? any under hood?(passenger side by firewall there is one breaker) how about fuses? Note motor and pulse module are not the problem..replaced w/ working one. Ice froze blades from moving & caused immediate blown fuse type shutoff, however fuses appear ok (25 amp exchanged)

sounds like the drivers temp door actuator is not working should be located on the drivers side of the air box down by the gas pedal or center dash area.

on the passenger side under the dash there is a cover panel. take the screws out and pull it off, carefull the light needs to be removed after you do this. the fuse panel will be close to the left. oh by the way. their are 4 fuse boxes on this model.

I dont believe that is a resistor controlled circuit. I think it is a transistor controlled circuit mounted on the firewall cdcneter area.
you can have slow air inside but no high speed air if the module is defective.
