My 1991 LS400 has had a sudden loss of power, it ran perfectly when i parked it the night before. it does not miss or backfire but it smells to be running rich I'm wondering if it has a fuel air mixing valve that could have failed. The problem did not occure while driving it started as soon as I started the car in the morning. ANY SUGGESTIONS.....

depending on the color of the smoke,but try a few gas treatments.after ur next fill up,but a gas treatment n fuel tank&take her on the interstate and open it up(drive fast within speed limit lol).
