Mercedes-benz slk 32 amg blows fuse 25 doors will not lock remotely

There's a wiring short or earthing problem somewhere on the fuse 25 circuit.

You can spend a lot of time trying to track down a wiring fault. My honest advice would just be to take your car to an auto electrician and let him sort the problem out.

Cigarette fuse

in the fuse box.
all fuses are covered in the operators guide, in the glove box.
lost? you should get one, so if one blows,, far from home, and stranded???/
in the box 2, in drivers cab (not engine bay)
use #25
clearly marked Cigar,radio ( clock , mirror , accessory socket )
if radio works, its not the fuse. bad lighter.

The fuse (lighter/accessory plug) keeps burning out in my 2000 cavalier. What else could be the problem?

That won't help, and is never recommended-will only cause further problems down the road. It sounds like the plug is bad and needs replaced, if you can use it and it blows the fuse. They do go bad occasionally.

99 audi a6 battery is loosing charge every other day. The battery is good. Te mechanic can not tell where the battery is draining power.

A wet fuse will drain any car battery. Check the fuse box for moister

How to reset the triptronic on the audi a6 had a fuse blow and the tranny went into limp mode fixed the fuse the tranny didn't reset thanks i am attempting to find simple fix or test the tranny worked...

disconnected the battery for aprox 10min this reset everything thanks

Blows fuses , alarm went off when I was away. Battery was dead. Got new battery and set alarm and it started blowing fuses. car calls for 15 amp. 25 amp. was in car blown replaced with 25 amp. it blew...

you may have to replace alarm may have burnt it up

A/C fan quit blowing, but cold air seems to be coming through the vents. which fuse controls this? I can't find my owners manual. 2000 JEEP Cherokee. Thanks, Chuck

fuse should be third up from bottom on right...25 amp. Or, 40 amp in power distribution center.but I believe that part of system is for ac compressor. If fuse blows again, likely motor is worn out.

A/C keeps blowing the fuse after I got it recharged. Its the R-12 system and it seemed to be ok before but now I got it recharged and replaced the blower motor in the front and now as soon as I turn it on it blows the fuse. I replaced the 3 fuse black and even rewired the fuses then took off the connectors tot he rotary switch and replaced those but it still blows the fuse. Any suggestions?

Could I have messed something up on installing the blower motor. __________________
