The firing order wont match the disy and cant get it to start just replaced engine any sugestions please its a mitsubishi pajero 1992 end of year nj model with a v6 3ltr petrol motor manual transmision

There are a few different engines. A 3 liter with or without a distributor, and a 3.5 liter. All V-6 engines have firing order 1-2-3-4-5-6. See figures below:
