Im changing a timing belt on a 2000 kia sephia and what had happened is the belt slipped and broke several teeth and im trying to aline the both camshafts. according to the manual their are two notches on the cam but on mine there is four also cast in the cam there are these letters I L R E

there is a haynes manuel for your vehicle covers both sephia and spectra from 1994 thru 2004 might try used book stores or auto parts chain like advanced auto or auto zone . if they dont have one in stock ask them to look up the next store. i tried several time to walk you threw it all this hunting and pecking i was getting lost myself and i dont know how to scan and send any pictures . our kia's have a blue book value of around $500 in fair condition . im going to keep that in mind the next break down.
