just follow the serpentine belt, by necessity, it has to rotate the pump. Serpentine hits water pump, a/c compressor, alternator and steering pump. Steering pump is the smallest of them all, and the only one that has a filler cap on top.
The wine will be there until the fluid bleeds out all the air.If it does not, then have the power steering pump replaced again, and be sure to flush the system with a good power steering flush. But the remanufatured pump is most likely the problem. The pump had a flaw that the rebuilder didn`t see.Do make sure the lines are not kinked anywhere.
The power steering pump is located under the alternator near the firewall. It is hard to get to so you most likely need a funnel with a flex pipe to reach it without making a huge mess. I hope this is helpful.
