How do i remove headlight to change bulb in 2007 chevy 2500HD

You have to take the black plastic top off under the hood on the front.....than you take the whole headlight out, I believe it's only two bolts...there is opening for each light and they are pretty simple to change.

Most Chevy headlights are held in place by three 10 mm bolts...as you remove all 3, you can lift the headlight assembly forward and expose the headlight bulbs...be sure to use bulb lubricant when installing the new bulbs, also wear gloves so you do not touch (harmful hand grease) the new bulb filaments...our normal hand grease can cause shorter bulb life. ) Open the hood. On top of the headlight assembly are two L-shaped metal pins (they look like allen wrenches) about 5 inches long. Unhook then and pull them straight up. This will allow you to remove the upper headlight assembly. 2) There is a plastic clip on the outboard end of the lower light assembly. No there should be 2 long metal pins you pull up on top of headlight assemblies,then the headlights should pull straight out.

Pop the hood and locate the rubber piece that is behind the headlight. Remove the plastic screw that holds it in place and you can easily just bend down the rubber piece to gain access to the bulbs. The driver side is a little tighter to get into because it sits next to the windshield washer fluid container.The passenger is a lot easier but you do have to remove the air box which is very easy.

Pull on the flat "clips" to unlock the headlights, remove the headlight assembly. You can then access the DRL bulb sockets, squeeze in the tab on the socket and twist a 1/4 turn to release the socket (clockwise as viewed from the front of the lens).

I am not familiar with the model but the vehicle handbook usually contains instructions and diagrams on bulb replacement. If stuff has to be removed to change the bulb the book will usually tell you to take the car to your nearest dealer.

raise hood on back side of core support there are two plastic clips pull up on clips to remove head light . then rock headlight forward and up to remove . twist bulb to remove .

you have to pull the headlights out,by pulling out the bars on top of them.remove the headlight then each daytime lamp will have a clip at each end.when you unclip them you will see the bulbs.
