Whenever you have more than one failed gadget, it speaks of a common problem. there is most likely a small fuse box with large current fuses under the hood and a larger fuse box with many low current fuses inside the car up under the dashboard or thereabouts. an owners manual will show you where they are. i think you are going to find that one of the large fuses is either blown or just plain gone as a prior owner got tired of messing with it. so you are going to have to figure out which of the many small fuses are in the circuit with the missing/gone large fuse and pull all of those out. if you scroll through these questions you will see a pattern of luxury car complaints around the issues of the airbag suspensions, the anti-theft/door lock stuff, and the heated seats. These things are made to get to the standard three year trade-in and not much further. So i would suspect and disable all that then put the large fuse in and start reconnecting things one by one until the fuse blows again and then permanently disable that last thing. you may well find it is the airbag suspension, and your ride is now buckboard.
good luck with that!
