Marcy is a line of strength products made by Impex Fitness. The product line includes weight plates, dumbbells, benches and home gyms. The Marcy Classic weight bench includes a leg developer, curl bar and preacher pad. Lay the bench flat or use one of the two incline settings. The Marcy Classic bench uses standard weight plates on the leg developer. It can handle a barbell load up to 300 lbs. You will need to assemble the bench yourself.
Step 1 Connect the cross brace to the right upright beam. Secure the brace with two carriage bolts, M10 by 3 1/8 inch. Use two washers, 3/4 inch, and two M10 aircraft nuts. Tighten the bolts. Repeat on the left upright beam. Place the backrest adjustment bar onto one of the slots on the upright beams. This determines the incline of the backrest.Step 2 Attach the main seat support beam to the cross brace. Position the beam on the inside of the cross brace and a 1 3/4 by 4 3/8 inch bracket on the opposite side. Secure the parts with two carriage bolts, M10 by 2 1/2 inch. Use two washers, 3/4 inch, and two M10 aircraft nuts. Do not completely tighten the bolts.step 3Attach the main seat support beam to the front post. The front post holds the leg developer assembly. Use three Allen bolts, M8 by 5/8 inch and three washers, 5/8 inch. Attach the diagonal support beam to the front post. Use one Allen bolt, M8 by 5/8 inch, and one washer, 5/8 inch. Attach the other end of the diagonal support to the main seat support beam. Use one Allen bolt, M8 by 2 1/8 inch, two washers, 5/8 inch, and one M8 aircraft nut. Do not completely tighten the bolts yet.Step 4Slide the arm curl stand, which holds the preacher pad assembly, into the front post. Use the included lock knob to secure it in place. Tighten securely all the nuts and bolts you installed.Step 5Attach the leg developer post to the bracket on the front side of the front post. Secure the leg developer to the bracket with an M8 by 2 5/8 inch Allen bolt, two washers, 5/8 inch, and one M8 aircraft nut. Secure the arm curl handle the open bracket on the leg developer with the L-shaped lock pin.Step 6Slide the backrest supports onto both ends of the pivot arm on the main seat support beam. I have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe .A light keeps coming on that says oil pressure is low. Stop the car. I took it to a local shop that checked the pressure and they said it was fine, but the instrument clust

The guage could be bad and losing connection triggering the message. My dads Tahoe reads low oil pressure but the sensor connection or stepper motor that moves the guage could and have had a history of being faulty.

Appear :service 4wheel drive.i don't know what's problem.my car is Tahoe 2007

That could be a lot of things. There is a TSB (technical service bulletin) issued for that problem.
It could be a bad switch, It could be a difference in the front and rear differentials.

My 1999 Tahoe skips when i turn my wheels sharp going real slow in 2 wheel drive and not in 4wheel drive

This can be caused by worn out fluid inside the 4 wheel drive transfer case, have the fluid changed, it takes DEXRON 6 ATF. The fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles sonner is you use the 4 wheel drive often. There is a drain plug and a fill plug on the rear of the case at the rereat of the transmission. Fill to just below the plug threads.

Oil gage at 78% in 2007 tahoe when to change oil?

If you are a normal driver then I recommend you change your oil/filter every 5,000 miles if you are using conventional oil. If you are using synthetic oil then change every 7,000 miles. Just as important is to use a quality filter such as AC/Delco, Purolator, or Wix. On your GM vehicle I would use an AC/Delco filter. Another very important filter is the Air Filter. Replace this filter every 30,000 mile unless you drive in very dusty conditions, and if so every 20,000 miles.

How to reset Service 4wheel drive warning light on 2005 ChevTahoe

I have a 2005 Tahoe that recently had a similar problem. To resolve, I did the following.
  1. Change the transfer case fluid (Which you already did)
  2. Change Gears to 4L while in neutral, change back to drive, and drive slowly 50 yards or so.
  3. Change Gears to 4H while in neutral, change back to drive, and drive slowly 50 yards or so.
  4. Change Gears to 2H while in neutral, change back to drive, and drive normally for a couple of miles.
This will cycle the fluid within your transfer case, and hopefully clean out the sensor. I did this, and my Service 4WD light went away after one day of normal driving. Hope this helps. Note: When I went into 4L the first go around, it had a hard time shifting due to non use. I changed between 4H and 4L a few times until it got smoother.

2000 Chevy Tahoe

no. It would be the other way around. If something went wrong in the rear end and it locked up, you could break the drive shaft universal joints trying to force it to go. if your rear end locked up, I'd be willing to bet there was no oil in it.
