What year and model doors are interchangable with a 2001 GMC 4x4 Sierra xlt extended cab

2000 to2006 but there is no xlt only ls lt slt or z71

My 2003 sierra is blowing hot air on drivers side and cold on passenger side how do i fix

Sounds like one of the blend doors is stuck or not working. Try and pinpoint the door by playing with the controls. May need to purchase a actuator, the part that powers the door to open and close,

Dash reads passenger door open when it is closed and interior lights stay on while driving

The door switch has been integrated into the latch mechanism on many GM vehicles,but I believe the switch can be replaced seperately.You will have to pull of the door trim panel to get at it,so you can probably do it yourself,depending on your skill level.

Passenger truck door is locked and lock is broken cant get door unlocked to get it open tried all kinds of things its a manual lock on a 2003 gmc sierra pickup single cab hope you can help

you will need to get the panel off, there are screws in the armrest, if window crank will be clipped/screwed on then its just a matter of popping off the sides with a flat tip, lifts up and out, once panel is off you should be able to unlock door. Tim

In taking off the inner door panel on the passenger side of a 2001 GMC Sierra, I found the bracket that holds the door panel to the door was broken, it appears to be replaceable, any ideas where I can find...

salvage yard or dealer is the best bet for finding one

if your main switch panel still works the passenger window and if door locks still work probaly bad window motor

it sounds as if the wiring harness to the door may have come disconnected or broken you have to open the door panel and check the connections manually

Pass. side front and rear power windows stopped working

if they only stoped working on the passengers side I would check the wirring going into passengers side door for a broken wire, or right at the passengers side kick panel.
