I have a terrible Power steering leak on my 93' Toyota 4Runner 3.0L V6 and i can't figure out where its coming from. It has leaked for years but only a little bit. Now its like the reservoir empties in a day or two. Do you think its an o-ring or something? I tried to see where its coming from but can't figure it out.

To look for a fluid leak, first you should have the car washed thoroughly all around the steering rack and the pump, then inspect it from the underside with a good light looking at the hoses coming from the pump to the rack, the couplings and the crimped unions of the rubber and metal tubes for leaks.
If the leak comes from a coupling, that may be a bad Oring.
For the defective hoses, you can choose from buying new ones or have them repaired in specialized shops that have the tools to make the crimped unions.

How do I locate an oil leak on the right side of a 3.0 toyota/

A V6? Almost certainly the right bank camshaft cover gasket. This is a dead cert with that engine sometime. Use genuine Toyota parts too when replacing it, the aftermarket gaskets last a year and then leak too. Another standard leak is the distributor shaft o-ring. The oil appears on the top of the trans case.

The power steering pump doesnt have anything to do with the exhaust, unless you mean it smokes under the hood...not the tail pipe...right? If you have to add fluid, there is a leak, most likely from the High Pressure line.

1991 TOYOTA 4RUNNER USES POWER STEERING FLUID BUT I DO NOT SEE ANY LEAKS.

fluid is possibly trap in rubber bellows on ends of steering rack. if not there has to be an external leak somewhere else.

Power steering pump

if the leak isn't from the hoses or connectors under the car.  Clean the pump area with carb cleaner spray, then tie a small bit of white cloth around both hoses (tighten the clamps at the same time).  This will reveal the source of the leak.  If the hoses are OK.  It's most likely the front seal and requires a replacement pump.
