It's not electronic, It's a hydraulic problem, you need to drive it with a pressure gauge on the line pressure port to see if the pump pressure is dropping to zero at stop signs.

sounds like water damage to the control panel. also the things u listed are together on the same fuses check the fuse also.. if one goes out it can mess up more

There is a recall for the transmission that involves your exact problem. Call a dealer and see if your VIN is eligible for the recall. Check the NHTSA website for the exact details.

There is a problem with the valve in the valve body of those transmissions. It might be too late to add a transmission lubricant since we use them prior to this event so this won't happen, but you might try Lube Guard Additive. If that doesn't work the transmission will need to be overhauled, but don't forget to use that additive after the job is done to keep this from happening in the future.
