Check your parking safety switch beacsue sometiem it goes bad and it locks the transmission in park also check the Brake light switch by looking at your brake lights and see if they work when you brake.

block wheels disconnect shifter from transmission move transm lever by hand if move freely leave it in park yull now because truck will now start if ok with cable still disconnected from transmission try to shift to any position if doesn't more likely is a cable problem
