My check engine light just came on and when the rpms went above 3000 there was a sputtering/loss of acceleratio/loss of power. However, as long as I kept it under 3000, it drove fine. There are no bad noises, the engine sounds like normal. Any suggestions?

I would take it to autozone and have them scan it for trouble codes they do it for free and see what the code is then you can go on from there with further diagnosing...

You need to pull the fault codes with a code reader, you have a misfire in the engine, the fault code will indicate which one, then you do the needed diagnostics to pin down the cause of the misfire.

Generally the computer is reading a problem with the fuel pressure being to high or to low. The ICP is one problem it could be and you changed it. The other could be Fuel pressure regulator control solenoid or problems with the injector (s).
