If your local Holden dealer has been unable to resolve your enquiry, you can use the following methods to raise a concern, or make a complaint to Holden Customer Care:
Hi a good parts accessorie shop will possibly have either a Haynes or Gregories car manual "may" have info you require. Or possibly google manuals. Genuine manuals are only accessible by dealers on the web Dealer authorisation codes are required and tech codes are required. Manuals are constantly being updated due to mistakes or updates so Holden/Opel do not supply workshop manuals.
what the real problem
faulty diagnostic fault scanner tool
or no engine bay fault codes?
you could toss lots of new parts and not fix the faults
tow to a workshop or DIY fixes are possible if you can know the
specific fault codes
