91 Honda Accord. My clutch went to the floor and wont come up. I used my toe and pulled it out to get me home, good thing it was mostly highway. I checked the slave cylinder, fluid was gone except for what was under the little cap thing in the reservoir. I filled it still no resistance on the clutch. Do I need a new clutch or new Cylinder?
Did you bleed the system? It's just like a brake fluid system, you need to bleed all of the air out.Did you bleed the system? It's just like a brake fluid system, you need to bleed all of the air out.

You may have stripped the clutch disc. This can happen when the clutch gets old and worn or if it has been abused by rough use. When the disc strips, there is no friction between the clutch disc and the pressure plate so the vehicle acts like its in neutral.
Definitely not good. The transmission is slipping internally due to worn gears and clutch packs. It will have to come out for rebuilding, IMO. Have a transmission shop check it out.
Good luck.
slave cyl is sepreate from master cyl you have air in the clutch hydraulic system replace slave and inspect clutch master for leaks on drivers floor board area pull carpet back and make sure to bleed system properly!!!!!!!
could be a couple of things check release bearing is not binding on output shaft or the arm which holds the release bearing is not bent or worn where it pivots also check where the arm pivots point is not worn out if all checks out replace the clutch pressure plate, clutch discs, throw out bearing and pilot bearing, one more thing is a clutch disc has some springs mounted to it to absorb some of the pressure when engaging the clutch and i have seen these springs come off and get in between the clutch assembly but usually when this happens you can feel and hear some grinding metal noise.but to check all the above the transmission will have to be removed.
sound like your clutch master cyl is bad. when you push the clutch how does it feel? real soft like there is nothing there. i have also seen the T_O brg go bad and damage the pressure plate.
