It might be one of the relays. They are in the same spot as the fuses but, they are the large square ones. When you take the fuse panel off. On the back side is a diagram. It's most likely the low relay and to test the high relay, it the same as the headlight/horn relay right next to it. They should be a reddish color, just switch them and see if that works. Worst case scenario it's the blower motor.
Check fuses do u know where fuse box is it is in center of dash above heater a lil button push up and it should pop off

brake load sensor valves are normally mounted on either the diff or the body above the rear axle
they are designed to open or close, depending on how much weight you are carrying, and let more or less oil to the back brakes
