My 2006 h3 has been loosing battery power. upon recharging the drivers side window will not work all the others do also the remote door lock does not lock the vehicle and the interior door lock will not lock it either dumbfounded

Check the relays in the fuse box. It appears that the solenoids for locking the doors are working correctly. However it appears that the lock solenoid is not working properly.

What about the batteries in the remote did you check them

Disconnect the terminals from the battery put them together for ten minutes and reconnect the window system will work again,but you may need to replace the window opening unit for the problem

Clean your battery posts and cables. Sounds crazy but this is a very common problem with the h3 and other vehicles. If you battery is old get checked and or replace it. Once battery cleaned and proper connection is restored, it may take a bit of time for the battery power to build up enough to operate properly again.

I changed my door stop sensor on the inside panel of my H3 2006 and that restored this function. Normally after you lose battery power it needs to fully charge before they work again.

My mechanic took out the panel on the driver side control because my right rear passenger window would not work after disconnecting the battery (but the control on the passenger rear door works) and when he put it back, it worked..it's possible it's just a loose wiring connection. My car is a 2006 Lexus RX330 with 58K miles on it.

Have an 05 Chevy Colorado doing the same thing. Any help?

has to be re-programmed by dealer next time send power into cigerete lighter with nine volt battery before changing battery and all memory will be saved auto parts sell this tool for 5 dollars. one end is for nine volt battery the other a power port jack.

There are 3 T30 torx screws to loosen. one in the handle area (pop out the disc) and two in the upright portion of the handle area (pop out the insert). after the screws are out then you can pop of the panel starting on one side and working down across the bottom and then up the other side. the panel is held on with plastic push pins. go to auto parts store and get a tool for removing plastic push pins. after you have popped all the pins hold it by the sides and gently lift up and it will come loose from the window trim. to totally remove the panel disconnect the yellow and green door handle cables and unplug the window and door lock switches. Peel back the liner in the area of the mirror. roll down the window and you will be able to access the 4 (10mm) screws that hold the mirror on. take out the screws and unplug the power lead and you can reverse for installing the new one.

I had the same problem with now power to windows, mirrors and seat. The common soulution is the orange and or black wire in the boot have broken between the door and post.
