I do this for a living.

You will need to go to a Chrysler dealer to get some factory style cross bars. They should be around $100 give or take $30. Be sure to ask for the bars that are in the accessory catalog. Then you can use a cargo carrier that attaches to the cross bars.

Check with a few auto parts stores they might have a carrier than can be put on when you need it.That might save you alot of work by installing a perminate one

How to I reinstall the center console wiring attachments in a 2006 pacifica. I have changed out my shift interlocking latch because it was broken and I have a wiring harness with 3 wires that I don't

some models have an extra wire plug-in that would go to a light or temp controls on the very back of console. not all models have these options but all models have the extra plug-in. its cheaper for them to make one "fits all harness" than several different ones

How do I mount my Thule Adventurer to my new 2013 Outback?

Have to fabricate another frame to adapt the two.

I would say stainless steel or if you use aluminum
then have it anadized to prevent corrosion

I you don't weld or want to spend any money-- your done.

Can a cooler fan relay be located and replaced by a non mechanic

Dont know where your relay is but generally relays are grouped together in a box under the hood or on a rail on the firewall. They are "plug in" units that can be easily repalced. The ones housed in a box are usually easier to service because there is a description usually inside the cover. Many times the relays are the same# serving different purposes. If thats the case, use a good one and plug it into different slots 'till the fan comes on (make sure engine is hot enough for this to happen) Be aware that a bad sensor will give you a similar problem (it won't tell the relay to go on)
