Try opening the hood at night and while the engine is running, carefully look for blue sparks around the plug wires. A lot of time when the wires get old, the electricity will arc to any metal parts that it can. Check along the whole length of the wires and down by the spark plugs. Also make sure all of the spark plug boots are properly connected to the spark plugs by pushing them on firmly when the engine is off.

Radio static

a bad ground somewhere. Could be shot speakers as well....the crackling is sometimes mistaken for poor radio reception, try a CD, see if you still get it.

2004 monte carlo heater motor wont keep running when we hit a bump

Might be the Resistor pack located close to the blower. Could be under the dash or under the hood, but always close to the blower itself. Usually has a flat connector with 4 or 5 wires, and two small screws holding in the duct. It may be a crispy critter. It happens... The blower moves air across it to keep it cool. The blower motor may be bad as well, or possibly the fan speed switch. May very well be the fuse for the blower as well. The blower connector may be loose. Let me know what you find.

2004 chevy malibu 2.2 driving 60 mph shut down

either you have a fuel pump that went out, or your fuel pump relay went. These fuel pumps last around 100,000 miles, so if you're way under that, it's more than likely the relay, if you're close to that, it could be either.

Is there a plug on the radiator of a 2004 chevy malibu

On the V6, there is a drain plug on the bottom of the driver side plastic tank. On the 4 cylinder, it's on the other tank at the bottom.

Where is fuse in fuse box on chevy malibu 2004

There are 2 fuse panels in car, 1 under hood and the second under drivers side of dash, above hood release area. Radio fuse should be under dash, most likely a blue(15amp) fuse. The fuse panel glossery should be on inside cover of fuse panel or in owners manual under fuses in glossery.
