I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cheroked Laredo that has the same issue. Fuse #20 is labeled "Ignition run" but it apparently also powers turn signals and the ac. I replace the 20 amp fuse and the turn signals and ac will work again. However, the fuse keeps blowing periodically. I'm going to try a new turn signal switch and see if that may fix the issue. I assume you fixed your jeep. What was the issue?

1998 jeep grand cherokee laredo turn signals quit working but the hazard lights work

try fuses, first, for 10cents.
first know how it works.
then diagnose it.
saves $$$$

1998 last year of ZJ jeeps.
FSM book, open to chapter 8w.
go to page on ext. lamps turn/haz
page 52 (ive posted the free book 100s of times, no more)

haz ok, truns dead on 4 corners
does the cluster flash when turns dead? on corners 4.??>?>?>
the 2 fuses are F13 and F6 in the JB (cab box = JB)

the cluster has 2 lamps, left and right.
if cluster is dead, that is a bad switch

this is how it works.
can be a bad connection at (see small arrow red/)/?

My parking lights dont come on but they still work for the turn signals.

The parking lights and turn signals are on two different circuits.
Have you checked the parking light fuse ?
