When a turn signal bulb is blinking fast, it is an indicator that a bulb is bad in the system. Replace the left rear turn signal bulb, then see if the left front blinker has gone back to normal. This is most likely your problem. Let me know if it is still a problem and i will help you fix it. Good luck

Last week the left rear turn signal in my 2002 Mountaineer flashed quickly up front and not in the rear. This week I went to change the bulb and now both sides blink fast up front and not in the back...both have new bulbs...any suggestions....?

Left front blinker works fast, the rear not at all. Left rear brake light doesn't work, but the right one does

Fast blinkers are a result of a blown bulb. Based on your description the left rear bulb is burnt out.

What would cause the blinker to blink very fast and the left rear blinker doesn't work.

You obviously have a bad connection somewhere in the taillight. Some trucks it is a common problem and the taillight circuit board is the problem.

Left rear blinker not working but bulb is good. Front works but blinks but fast. Getting no power to rear plug for blinker. Need solution pls???

You'll have to locate the circuit for the left, rear turn signal at the steering column under the dash. A 12v test light should blink when prodding that circuit and the left turn signal is on. If it does not the problem is in the switch. If it does there is an open in that circuit between the point where the test light is and the left, rear bulb. The problem could be with the socket itself.

Left blinker blinks faster than the right. which the back left blinker does not work and front left blinks really fast.Right blinker works normal?

Flasher relays relies on bulb wattage for the speed of the blink.
You probably just have a blown bulb in the left rear blinker.:)

Fast Blinker

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.

Left rear tail lights/ blinker will not come on

Blinker too fast, the same side blinker light bulb on the front (or back) is burned. Check the fuses for the rear lights. You might have a light bulb filament stuck.
