P0171 is saying that bank# 1 sensor one is in a lean condition thats an oxygen sensor This is an incorrect reading because the 02 sensor is malfunctioning for some reason or your haveing some kind of fuel delivery issue its more likely that it is the sensor it would be the closest to the front end of the vehicle and would be located in the Y pipe comeing off the cylinder head exhust ports but # 1 is the closest to the front

My 2000 Lexus RX300 shows both P0171 bank 1 lean , and P1150 bank 2 sensor 1 mal. . According to the freeze frame data bank 2 sensor 1 is lean shows +19 and +52 and bank 1 is rich -ve .

It could be caused by many things, but generally it means that your engine is running too lean - usually indicating a vacuum leak. It could also be that the O2 sensor is bad and giving a false reading.

Lexus RX300 engine light n VSC light comes on
VSC means Vehicle Stability Control.

It comes on when the sensor send a signal that the vehicle is not stable on the ground.....check the wheel balancing and alignment and the air pressure of your tires too.

The first and last code are your start and stop so you can ignore them the P1130 and P1150 are your two front oxygen sensors( pre cats ) bank one and two. Depending on your millage it sounds like it is time for a little maintence. Normally they should be changed at or around 60,000 kms

what are the new codes clearing / resetting doesnt fix the problem the p0171 code has about ten different causes just changing or cleaning the sensor may not have been your problem
P0171 System Too Lean Bank 1 rescan and get all codes then look up each one most sites have causes and solutions for obd ll trouble codes
