After changing the brakes and rotors the front drivers side rotor and tire wobble. it seems the rotor hasnt locked into place. is there a keeper that holds it into place or am i missing another part? How do you get it to install properly? The tire will freeze in place after turning a few times and it is scoring the rotor.

On most vehicles the wheel holds the rotor in place on the hub. I highly recommend removing and re-installing the wheel. There is a recommended torque for the lug nuts - be certain to look this value up and then torque the wheels to the correct specification.

While changing the left front tire, my car fell off the jack and now there is a loud grinding noise coming from that tire. What could that noise be?

next time use jack stands. very bad using only a jack for anything.
take it to a mech, and get it fixed , you busted the brakes.
its dangerous to drive too.
if DIY guy, with tools, then you can do this.
spin the rotor (use jack stands and not get killed)
does the rotor wobble , bingo , new rotor time
is it making noise, bingo you bent the backing place, rebend it back.

Right front tire seems to wobble, shaking. Engine area of car shaking over 55. Mech friend says it's the rotor. Worried about driving.

A bad rotor would only cause a shake when you are using the brakes. A bad tire could shake at 55mph and above.
I would get a second opinion to make sure.
The shop could rotate the tires and see if the vibration moves to a different area of the car.

When applying brakes - I get a wheel wobble, o.k. when driving normally no wheel wobble. had realignment done about 4 months ago. also when driving on rough or uneven road surface seems like my shock...

it could be the shocks but due to wheel wobble i would say its more to do with worn bushings on the suspension arms etc.... best way to check is to jack up each front corner of the car at a time and shake the wheel see if it has movement side to side or front to rear if so i would reccomend getting it looked at or replacing the bushings :) hoep this helps

My car front end wobbles when braking and at higher speed

did you have the front brake rotors machined, they are warped. either replace the brake rotors or have then machined, I prefer just replacing them as they are fairly cheap.

Is there a rotor keeper removal tool? I was told

no, just get a pair of needle nose pliers. It should just be a lock washer on th stud. just pull the it off and discard it. They are much cheaper to replace than buying a special tool. you will then need to place a small block of wood on the back side of the rotor to keep from damaging and beat it off with a hammer. If you are replacing them instead of turning them you dont need the wood, just grab a hammer and fire away and then just recycle them.and make a buck or two.
