Had to get a new battery in my car yesterday. Now my radio doesn't work. I need to know my code. Here is my information. 2002 Honda Civic. 27003814. I called my dealership and they want to charge me $75. I can't afford that.

No clarification request- just a comment.
It is a simple matter to prevent this from happening by paralleling an auxiliary battery before removing the primary.
Whoever installed the new battery should have known that.
I'm afraid a dealer is the only one who can supply that code for you but I would call more than one dealer to see if that price is standard.
They only have to access Honda's website to retrieve the code if it is a factory unit.

Every honda i've seen with my own eyes, the radio code is under the fuse box lid. It's the fuse box under the hood on the left side of the engine compartment. If it isn't there then you probably will need to go to the dealership Good luck ...................

Code for radio/cd honda civic 2003

Try to locate the unique code number that will unlock the theft-protected audio system on your 2003 Honda Civic. It probably was imprinted on an anti-theft identification card that you should have received when you acquired the car. The code was printed on a document that came with your owner's manual packet

If you do not have the code, you will need to track down the audio system's serial number. In the case of the 2003 Honda Civic, finding the serial number may require seeking assistance from a Honda dealer. The dealer should be able to determine the audio system's special code number so you can reset the radio. With some newer Honda Civic models, the serial number can be retrieved electronically from the radio.

If you are able to locate the serial number of your 2003 Honda Civic's audio system without a dealer's assistance, you can obtain the special code by going online to the Honda Web site. You must first provide specific information to prove you own the car. For instance, you will need the Civic's vehicle identification number, or VIN, and the audio system's serial number.

When you know what the audio system's special code number is, use the preset buttons on the car radio to punch in the digits. This should reset the audio system, enabling you to resume using the radio and the CD player.

I changed the battery on my Honda civic 2002 and I need the radio code to have the radio working back.

Radio code is specific for each and every car. It is specific like anti theft code. You can get it by providing your VIN# and registration details in authorized dealership. Nobody else can provide you. If anybody can provide you that , then there is no meaning of security for your car.

I found the digit number now i need the 5 digit code to unlock it please! on 2002 honda civic si

You're talking about the radio, right? Look in your owners manual, sometimes the previous owner wrote it down-also, look in the glove box, for a sticker-I once found it on a sticker ON THE RADIO when I removed it.

Just bought my honda civic and need to know the code to setting the stereo can not turn radio on without code no indtruction manual

Just take the car to you local Honda dealership and they will provide you with the code. And its free. You have to go in the dealership with the car. if you call them they won't do it. They need to know that you are the actual owner of the vehicle and not someone that has stolen the radio and is now trying to get it to work in a different car.

2002 honda civic radio code

Are you sure youhave the correct code? Look in the glove-box. Somewhere, usually on the left side on the bottom there is a small sticker with two sets of numbers. The five numbers standing by themselves are the code for the radio installed by the manufacturer. If you or someone else changed the radio, you may have to contact the radio manufacturer with the serial number of the radio for the correct code.
