The blower motor resistor is bad. Should be right next to blower motor, inserted in the evaporator box.

You did everything else. You have voltage going to motor,so I would say that was it.

SOURCE: no power to windows or heater and a/c switch

I had the same problem a few years ago on a converted '92 Ram B250 van. Turned out to be a blown fusible link in the engine compartment, under the hood, right next to / behind the brake master cylinder. These links were used instead of fuses up until '92, so it is likely the problem you are having as well.

SOURCE: Heat & A/C Blower Controls Inop. 2003 Dodge Dakota 6cyl

The resistor will cost you 12 dollars at your local dealership. It's located under the passenger side dash and is very easy to replace. The resistor installed at the factory is defective and the new one from Mopar is the correct resistor. It would be worth you while to replace it now while you're working on the blower motor. The blower should still work on the high setting, even with a bad resistor but, replacing the resistor may fix the problem.

Power windows & blower motor quit working same time / 1991 dodge ram d150

Check the power window circuit breaker. Does it get hot to the touch? If so, it may trip till it cools off. Check for voltage at circuit breaker, probably goes hot with the key on. It gets voltage from ignition switch. Just to add, the fuse for the blower motor also gets ignition feed, goes hot with the key on. Whether everything is related, I don't know?

The heat and power windows dont work in my 1990 dodge spirit

It looks like the power windows are on a 30amp circuit breaker and the blower is on a 30amp fuse. Both are powered thru the key switch so if those circuits have no power it could be the key switch.

1993 dodge spirit heater fuse

The heater is NOT actuated by a fuse, the fan is. ]But if the fan blows, the electrical part is OK, then it must be the heater door that switches from the cold air to the hot one, or 2) the heater core is not receiving enough hot coolant.

My 1991 isuzu trooper heater blower fan is not working, nor when i turn it to the airconditioner the compressor does not engage. i checked all the fuses except the ac relay fuse block, what could the...

if the lower fan speeds dont work but the fastest speed does the heater fan resistor block needs replacing. If the highest fan speed doesnt work leave it on there and check for power at heater blower fan, if power is on one wire and the other is an earth the blower motor fan needs replacing. Use a normal globe test light to check this. If no power on any wires to fan go back and check all fuses in car and under bonnet with same test light. If fuses are ok possible open circuit wire to fan.

Sunroof will not work

Power is supplied to the Power windows and sunroof through the power window circuit breaker. That circuit breaker is supplied power through the RAP (retained accessory power) Relay, the RAP relay also supplies power to the radio. The RAP relay is also fuse protected by the RAP fuse in the under hood fuse block. The RAP relay is energized by the BCM body control module.

The RAP relay is responsible for the radio and windows working after the igntion is turned off.

The first place to check would be the RAP fuse in the under hood fuse block and then the RAP relay in the Body fuse block.

A list of the BODY relay block located on the left side of the dash to the right of the interior fuse block is below:

(1) Park Lamp Relay (2) Courtesy Lamp Relay (3) Retained Accessory Power (RAP) Relay (4) Power Seats Circuit Breaker (5) Power Windows Circuit Breaker (6) Inadvertent Power Relay (7) Door Lock Relay (8) Headlamp Ground Relay (9) Driver Door Unlock Relay (10) Door Unlock Relay(1) Park Lamp Relay
