The main relay is usually located on the drivers side under the dash. It is usually brown, rectangle shape about half the size of a stick of butter, with about an 8 pin connector. Let me know if this helps.
yes it could be the fule filter . You will need to find out if there is fuel going to the injectors this is easy done by removing the inlet pipe to the injector rail and turning the ignition to postion 2 just before cranck. If there is no sign of fule then it couls be your filter .If there is fuel at the injector rail let me no and i will assits further
On the firewall underneath the vacuum control box. Thats just to the left of the throttle body, behind the black air intake hose.

Sounds like they didn't get the balance shaft timed right. It's easy to get it together wrong. If the timing belt is right, it'll start right up, but if the balance shaft isn't syncronized as well, the thing will shake like an old washing machine! Better take it back to the shop. They lined up the balance shaft wrong, I'd bet money on it.
i have a 87 honda accord exi fuel injected and automactic transmission .i just had the timing belt changed and the pulleys and now when it starts the motor is shaking very bad anyone know why
