My 2005 Chrysler 300 has the same issues! My headlights and dash lights flicker. At first it was short and brief flickering, now he does it all the way to work, 19 miles! Looks to me that Chrysler is not interesting in finding a solution to this problem! How many people have to have this problem before Chrysler will finally acknowledges it?

you didn't say which lights,
if your talking about dash light flickering,it is usually a sign of a low charged battery,on one on its way out.

I would put a volt meter on the alternator and get someone to start the car. I suspect that once it starts the meter will not go to 14V right away. It will probably be around 11 or 12. Let the car run and see if it climbs up to 13.5 or 14 or if it stays low.
If there is any way to tighten the belt try that first and check it again. If there is no way to tighten the belt you'll have to replace the alternator. Hope this helps.

Have the alternator checked. This is usually caused from a bad alternator.
