SOURCE: Where is a fuel pump relay on a 1996 chevy blazer?
Hello starryconstr: My name is Roger and I can answer your question. The location of the fuel pump relay is behind the glove box. Once you remove the glove box you will see a relay panel. This should be a 3 relay panel. The relay on the left side should be the fuel pump relay. Please rate the quality of this answer as this is how we know you have received the information you wanted. In the glove box behind a plastic panel. There are 3 relays in there. The fuel pump is the one closest to the drivers side.

Its in the fuse panel under the hood the cover will tell you where it's located. You also may need to replace the crankshaft speed senser,if it's gone the relay won't work.If you listen and hear no fuel pump running when the key is first turn on then it may be a relay issue or the wireing to the fuel pump.
