Only if YOU REALLY want it. VERY expensive!

sounds like you may have a electrical connector that is not making a good connection, possible causes are loose connector-wiring is broken-wiring is over heating and the plastic is burned and /or the wiring pins are oxidized and dirty from heat .

I've had the same problem. Change the starter solenoid in the steering column because if you don't, eventually it will not start at all. Right now, it is warning you.

there are two methods, one is to replace the entire strut unit and the other just replaces the cartridge, both require special tools, best talk to your auto supplier to see what they offer, and you will need directions

You will need an extra long extension for your socket wrench. Or you can just stack a few small ones together. You will have to extend your reach from above the battery.
Be careful not to touch the positive post when your socket is on the bolt. Good luck

This model doesn't have shocks. It damps bouncing with McPherson struts. The front struts can have a new cartridge installed while in place, but it's an involved process. The rear struts have to be removed to replace the struts -- a more involved process that requires some special tools. The struts last a lot longer than shock absorbers, but are not nearly as easy to change when the time comes.

NOTE Hold the shock absorber stem with a wrench while backing the nut off.

To install:

1. Fully extend the shock absorber stem, then push it up through thelower control arm and spring so that the upper stem passes through themounting hole in the upper control arm frame bracket.
2. Install or connect the following:
   
   Retaining nut and grommet on the stem. Tighten the nut to 106 inch lbs. (12 Nm).
   
   
   Shock absorber-to-lower control arm bolts and tighten to 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm) Wheel

kyb shocks ar the best thats all we use also check the "ruber" on the top make sure it is compresed together any gaps cause the " bump or pounding" noise
