I do belive it is on the firewall if not there on the side of the engine conpartment
I dont think it has one.Dodge had a problem with the fuel pumps around 89 to 93 if I reamber correct have your fuel pump checked out....Good luck with your truck

The fuel pump relay should be located under the hood on firewall below the brake booster and just to the driver side of the engine housing. The mechanically driven fuel pump on the Ram truck is located on the cylinder head on the driver's side of the vehicle. It is in between the first and second cylinder intake ports. It has two cylindrical pieces on top that are yellowish almost brassy in appearance. It also has three large black lines that have insulation on them. Be careful dealing with gasoline it is needless to say flammable and dangerous. thanks.keep updated.

ASD is in the engine compartment fuse block.
The pump relay should be there also. Check your fuse panel in the truck though.

The fuse panel box is to the right of the glove box with the glove box door opened or beneath the instrument panel (dashboard) on 1989-93 models.
Pull out the fuse panel for access to the blade type fuses
