Check the radiator cap, they wear out. Make sure that the coolant is the right mixture, Check the water pump.

ford focus 2010 - fuse box located underneath glove box passenger side. two black turn screws - turn 1/4 turn to release white fuse box. Cigaretter lighter fuse is fuse number 109 (difficult to see as white text on white box!!!)

Fuse is 20A fuse located first left on second row as indicated in diagram.

Not sure which engine you have but all of the diagrams below have the parts labeled. Find the diagram that matches your pulleys and identify the part that failed. Take the part off and take it to the parts store and get a new one. Put it on and then route the blet according to the picture. It will not go on all the pulleys until you turn the tensioner, so leave it off one pulley that you can reach from the top. Then get a wrench on the tensioner and turn the tensioner away from the belt as shown in the picture. Once you have the tensioner fully turned against the spring, the belt should go onto the last pulley. Sounds easier than it is, but don't get frustrated. Let me know if you have questions.

up underneath the hood if the car has not been in an accident there should be a diagram showing you the way the belt should go back on also if you look at your belt just underneath the belt there is a belt tensioner normally using a 3/8 socket and pulling down or up on the tensioner will release the tension on the belt

its called a serpentine belt to our uneducated colonial cousins
