Dose it run on all cylinders or run rough when idling or jerking when taking off or engine getting hotter than it used to, when going from gear to gear dose it pull as good as before,do you use any oil in 1000 km's or coolant ,dose the exhaust blow black smoke or blue smoke .
IS IT A DIESEL as all these things come in to it plus air filter bunged up ,air leak in intake manifols ,fuel filter or fuel pump needs checking and or replacing ,.
Without seeing it we can only say what it could be.
So let me know how you get on.

I have a 2006 CRV, it is using 14 litres per 100 kilometeres (city driving) it should be no more than 10 litres, it has only done 63,000 kilpmetres and serviced by the dealer every 10,000 k's. What is...

Could be many things. Do you have a check engine light on? If so get it diagnosed. However I doubt that you have this condition as it sounds like you take quite good care of your car. Some other less obvious things to check, are tire inflation, and have the car raised on a hoist, and checked for a binding brake. That is quite often overlooked. Have a reputable garage drive the car with a scanner hooked up, and have them check that all of the sensors(ie. coolant and ambient air temp, etc) are within range.
