try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes to reset the complete system. a few different things cause the reduced power to activate, oil pressure, coolant temp, traction control. I use my snap-on MT2500 to locate these types of problems

Is your oil level or radiator coolant level low? It sounds like the engine is going into "Limp Home" mode to save the engine.

Then you will be full informed about bad pieces (e.g.: front right wheel abs sensor interrupted, ...). After bad pieces replacement you will be able to erase all faults memored by ESP ECU, in other words reset the ESP system and turn off the warning lamp on dashboard.

{: ) Your stabilitrak system may not work properly. The vehicle need to be scanned for trouble codes. In case you get a C0196 code, the recommendation is to reprogram the electronic brake control module. I hope that's the only cause.

there are no fuses for that. there is a sensor on the coolant tank that senses when you need to add antifreeze. Check for coolant level and add if low if not low you need a new sensor.
