look for a relay not a fuse

I believe that fuse is in the engine compartment fuse box.

If the fuse is OK, check if you have power at the horn, if yes, replace the horn, if not check the switch or wire. make sure you have a good ground too.

in the fuse box under hood is a horn relay #7 relay ,not #7 mini fuse

The horn is usually between the radiator and grill Assembly. The fuse is in fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side. Look at the lid and it shows the fuse placement and there use.

Looking at the front of the vehicle, the horn is on the right side, top, behind the grill. (So if you open the hood, stand near the driver's fender, look to your left, in front of the radiator support, your should see the horns). Can't tell you why they don't work, could be fuses, horn switch, or the horn itself.

The horn(s) burn out very easily, also there is a relay, press the horn button repeatedly and listen for a click noise (it may be under hood), if you don't hear it the relay may be at fault, if you do the horn is burned out, not uncommon.

#19 cig lighter and radio 20a, #20 horn and stop light 15a these are under the hood in that fuse box.. both should be bottom right last two rows
