What does P0076 PCS error and P0016 system volt error. mean problem starts when the car starts up

cut off = engine stalls p0016(vvt failures) did you look this up first? in a real kia book?

autozoned parts are junk, china cloned parts are.
so guessing and adding bad parts gets you where? double bad now.

Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor A)and read this.
The CVVT (Continuously Variable Valve Timing) system is installed to the chain sprocket of the intake camshaft. This system controls the intake camshaft to provide the optimal valve timing. The PCM controls the Oil Control Valve(OCV), based on the signals output from mass air flow, throttle position and engine coolant temperature. The CVVT controller regulates the intake camshaft angle using oil pressure through the OCV. PCM monitors timing misalignment while no active faults are present and fully warmed up engine oil at idle. If the timing is misaligned PCM determines that a fault exists and a DTC is stored. Possible Causes:

• * Oil level, pressure and condition
• * OCV
• * CVVT
• * Timing mark alignment

note their words, 4 thing wrong, here, VVT is bad.

P0077 is a high signal and P0076 is a low signal.
Sounds like it may be inside the cylinder head.

Why would you clear any codes?

You already know the codes tell you
what component in what system reported
an out of range condition

You only clear data after you component test
& resolve all issues & road test

You need a scan tool to work on that

Clearing codes,of coarse there coming back
& the stored data is needed to start your testing

You can't work on that without buying the factory
manuals,all of them.& learning about the systems

Need a repair shop

You never change any part based on a code or its
implied name of a part. Codes don't even mean
you have a problem or any parts failed

I think your sensors are pattern parts and the readings /resistances are not the same as the original parts ,try some bosch units is my first suggestion ,

P0016 crankshaft/camshaft timing misalignment

intermittent crankshaft sensor

PCM detects an error when the camshaft position is out of phase with the crankshaft position
