Make sure there are no siezed pulleys on any of the other components. If you've already replaced the tensioner pulley, try turning the other pulleys by hand to make sure they're free before putting the belt back on. The AC pump is notorious for locking up, especially if there isn't any refridgerant in the system. Also, check for any wobbling of the pulleys while turning them by hand. Make sure your alternator is tightly mounted as well.
Check the crankshaft damper/pulley, for wear and movement,that effects belt alignment
