Hi, You want to use a 5W30 weight oil for your car. I would recommend a High Mileage 5W30 motor oil as well. High Mileage has some detergents and additives that help swell the seals of engines with over 75,000 - 100,000 miles on it to prevent minor leaks.

Definitely change the transmission oil - could be some rubbish in there stopping the actuators working correctly. If that doesn't work, could be time for rebuild with new friction material in the clutches.
I am having the same problem; I cannot find a 93 Prelude sunroof. But the answer is no you can't use any other year of sunroof on ours. Just about everything else but the roof will fit. Hope this helped.
I had a similar problem on my 93 Prelude. Apparently the original ignition module has a high plastic content. This doesnt do well with heat obviously. I had the ignition replaced with an aftemarket part that did not use as much plastic in its pieces and it fixed the problem.
