If the battery is ok it sounds like a bad connection between the battery + and the power distribution box under the hood (that black box with a bunch of fuses in it). It's labeled as a black wire in a wiring diagram.
for a wiring diagram you could go to autozone and get one from alldata. also try to find someone that has the same vehicle and check it out and take some pictures.
you need to check the fuses again under the hood and under the dash if all are good look for a bad fuse link if you melted wires you had to blow fuses or fuse link
