I have a 2001 Chrysler Town & Country mini-van constantly stalling and dying . When it is in the process of stalling the cruise control light comes on . I have taken it to two dealers who have checked the ignition switch , fuel pressure , O2 sensor , purge solenoid , EGR , and ECM , and no error codes have shown . Needless to say it is not driveable like this , and both dealers have said they don' t know what is wrong . Please does anyone have ant idea what could be wrong ? Thank you Chris Russell
2001 Chrysler Town and Country- Won't start. Turn over. It acts like the fuel is not getting to the engine. After many attempts , it starts and runs like there are no problems. The car has 120,000 and has never had a problem. Is the fule pump bad?
We have a 2003 and there was gunk built up in the fuel injector - not very expensive to fix.

dificult to starts sometimes, when starts feels shaky, and dies ,spark plugs turn black completed.,and map sensor code comes up ,. we replaced gaskets, trottlebody gasket, map sensor, idle sensor,o2 sensor, air filter ,fuel flter, also check fuel pressure, and catalyc converter, and computer too. so i think need some help here .....thank you
3.3 liter engine in 2001 T&C van working fine then engine stumbles and looses power. When cold the engine starts and then immediately dies. I get the engine to warm up by pumping the accellerator rapidly. Onece the engine warms up, it will idle smoothly but stumbles when I step on the accellerator. I got a PO 134 code for the front O2 sensor and a PO106 code (MAP Sensor has a reading below an acceptable value). With these codes, I decided to change the front O2 sensor, but the problem remains. What is weird is that the Fuel Pump pressure reads 65 psi when the book says it should read 49 psi. Does that mean I need to change the fuel pump or is there a separate regulator? I wonder if this high fuel pressure is causing the stalling and stumbling when I try to accelerate. Any ideas?
