Unfortunately, there is no universal label for a cruise control fuse. It varies by vehicle.
You can easily find out where your cruise control fuse is and what it's called in your owner's manual. But most often, you'll find the cruise control fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side.
Your owners manual should show you where the fuses are located. If you don't have an owners manual, you can go to
my.gm.com, type in your year--make--model and hopefully read your owners manual for free.
Do the brake lamps work ok?
I found these fuses, not only check fuses, check for voltage on fuse circuit, use a test light. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on.
Any codes for the cruise system?

Found out there was a missing fuse for the cruise control. ... How To Install Replace Steering Wheel Cruise ...
Since there is no throttle cable, there is no "cruise control" fuse. The fuses used are #7, 9,and 13 in the under hood fuse/relay box and #18 in the under dash fuse/relay box. The most common failure is a bad brake pedal switch. Does the cruise control main switch "on" light work when the switch is pressed? The gauge control module (instrument panel) and the PCM control the cruise control.
The power for the cruise control comes through fuse #14 in the fuse box. From there it goes to the Cruise Control Switch. However, the Cruise Control Module is above the Fuse/Relay box, behind the dash board. Good-Day!
First I think it should be said that whatever is wrong with your cruise control it is definitely NOT caused by a fuse. Fuses do not cause electrical circuits to fail. Failing electrical circuits case fuses to blow.
With that said, there are 2 fuses that affect your cruise control operation: Fuse #6 (10 Amp) and Fuse #7 (15 Amp), both of which are located in the instrument panel fuse block. Fuse #6 is the power feed to the cruise control servo and Fuse #7 is the brake lamp fuse, which provides power to let the cruise control servo know when you have applied the brake.
There are 3 places on the Rav4 where fuses can be located and checked. for the cuise control.
The back of the cruise control stacking switch has been know to fail (fall apart) and Toyota issued a TSB with replacement switch.
if it is the fuses then they most likely are related to cruise control system: Stop, Dome, Gauge and Igniton
The interior fuse box
The main engine fuse box (by brake fluid)
Cruise control ECU is under the glovebox.
Cruise control actuator is under hood (by driver side brake fluid/booster)Throttle position sensor (to detect if your foot is on gas pedal)
Cruise control switch on the clutch pedal too (if you have 5spd manual)
Brake lights are the deactivate signal for the cruise control
