Both my windows stoped working all the sudden. its not he fuse or the door motors. i checked my repair manuel and it said it could be a faulty relay. but i dont know what relay it is.

Check fuses and wire harness to door for correct connection. Check on the fuse box cover as it will show a relay that can also be faulty.

The clicking would be a Relay or resettable circuit breaker, not a fuse. There is also a Relay in the door for the AUTO one touch window feature.

There is a part called a window regulator which pushes and pulls the window to move in its track. The regulator is probably intact as the window has not fallen inside the door. Sometimes a plastic tooth can break and jam the gears.

You would have to remove the door panel, including hidden fasteners and unplug the motor from the One-touch relay to check for continuity in the window motor.

Because the glass is something which can break and be a bigger problem, you need to keep the glass from falling if you switch motors. A Glass shop would be the repair facility to go to for this problem. Many have waiting rooms and can order the parts in advance.

This in-door service can easily be done within an hour.

Window fuse's and relay's may be up under driver or passenger side dash or behind glove box, under the hood and even under the seats, and finally on the ends of the dash. All passenger power windows and locks are controlled thru and get power from the master control switch on the drivers door.

Drivers door window gets used the most so it could be the motor, window switch, relay or fuse.
Could also be a broken wire in the rubber boot going from the door to the body. You will have to eliminate each till you find the culprit. Check that all switches return to neutral when released.
The motor and the relay are the most likely to cause this problem. Try swapping the relay with a working window relay. If it still doesn't work, remove the door panel and remove the window motor.
Turn the motor shaft in both directions by hand several turns. Then plug the motor in and see if the switch will now run the motor. Sometimes that's all it takes to get it working again. I have had to do this with brand new motors. If voltage is not present at the motor connector, either a bad switch or a broken wire exists. Make sure to check for voltage coming to that windows switch. Actually, GM use's a circuit breaker type relay for each window and one fuse for all the circuit breakers. If you have a lockout switch it may be faulty.

Try this....
Open the door, turn the key to the ON position without starting the engine and everything that makes noise is off. Lean down placing your ears close to the bottom center of the door or at the speaker grill. Press the window switch UP and DOWN. Listen for the window motor. If heard the drive is damaged. If not heard, turn key off and locate and replace the relay with one of the other window relays. Check window again. If it works now, get a new relay. More often than not, removing the motor and turning it by hand will get it working good as new. I have had to do that with Brand New motors! So try it.
If all has failed, with the door panel still off, check for voltage at the motor connector when pushing the window switch. No voltage means its the switch, especially if its a auto down or up switch.

Check the master window control panel on the driver's door. There is probably a lockout switch. It may have a window outline on one end and the same outline with an "X" over it on the other. Press the outline without the "X" and all your windows should work again. As silly as that sounds, a lot people hit that switch without knowing it. Also, if that switch(lockout) is faulty, none of the windows will work. That happens A LOT!!

You may also find that the connector has simply come loose from the master window control. Good luck!!

You could check fuses first

I doubt the fuse & relays seem to be
an attraction on this web site. They just
don't fail very often

If you had a wiring diagram, you could go right
to whatever is common to all window motors,
like a module, if that applies.

Have a local repair shop print you a diagram
of your power window circuits

The fuse panel has 5 large circuit breakers at the top. The power windows are on the center breaker marked letter 'C'. Good luck

Try the fuse. The switch may be faulty so check by removing the inner door panel and connecting a 12v battery via two wires to the motor that winds the window up and down. If it goes up and down it's probably the switch which may just need a clean on the terminals.

Yup, or a relay, or a solenoid. It could also be the switch. Have you tried each window at it's own door switch, or just tried the driver's switch that has all 4 window buttons? If the other ones work, but not the driver's switch, it's a wiring issue related to the driver's switch. If None of them work anywhere, have a repair facility or dealership perform electrical diagnosis (they'll be checking powers and grounds along the wiring, from the switches, to see where the issue is after checking your fuses and circuit breakers or any pertinent relays or solenoids).

Please note: All four window motors/regulators/switches failing at once is extremely hard to believe. If the vehicle was hit by lightning, maybe, I could see that happening, but if it hasn't been struck by lightning, don't let anyone sell you multiple motors/regulators or switches.

Most likely, you've blown a fuse or relay.
