2001 dodge caravan Fuel Cutoff Relay location

Dodge does not use a fuel pump cutoff switch, that is Ford and Mazda, and that is is on triggered on impact that exceeds 3 G's. You have what is called and ASD fuel pump shut off relay, it is also triggered in a crash. The ASD is locate in the underhood fuse and relay center. Refer to the owner's manual for location.

Rebecca, first thank you for providing year engine size and the fact that it's a flex fuel van. Your ECM [engine control module or engine computer] is located right in front of the battery. This is an INCREDIBLY stupid place to put it [not to mention placing the fuse/relay box just outboard of the battery on this van] It is critical to keep the battery clean on this van, as any build up of dried battery acid will make it's way into the ECM and/or the fuse/relay box. The acid will do all sorts on nasty damage to these parts. They should shoot the idiot who designed the electrical system on these vans. FYI, I'm a professional mechanic with 40 years experience. The only fuel cutoff is made by the ECU, relay and fuel pump. There is no additional switch.

It is located in the relay and Maxi fuse box under the hood near the battery, both the fuel pump fuse and relay are in this box, the fuel pump fuse is a 20Amp and is marked #10, the fuel pump relay is is marked as relay #301.

There is also a fuel pump cutoff switch (triggered by an accident exceeding 3 G's)

The fuel pump shut-off switch is

located in the passenger's foot well,
by the kick panel.

Dodge doen't use cutoff switches. The fuel control is computer controlled related to the engines operating state.

What problems are you having related to the fuel system?

Good Evening. The location of the fan motor relay on the 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan is behind the grille right on top before the air conditioning condenser. I hope this helps with your location, and if you have any more questions please feel free to ask.

it is located on driverside behind front headlight next to radiator. fuse/relay box is just behind it

Check the position 41 for Fuel Pump relay...

Dodge caravans don't have fuel reset switches. Is the problem a no start no fuel. Can you hear the fuel pump when you turn on the key. What engine do you have?
