Try tapping the bottom of the blower motor with the blower motor speed selector turned to high and the key on. If the blower motor starts working replace it.
Another thing you can try is unplugging the blower motor and supplying your own power and ground wires to the blower motor. It doesn't matter what pin on the blower motor you supply power or ground. It will work either way. If it doesn't than replace the blower motor. If it does you might have a bad control head.
You could also have a bad blower motor relay or blower motor fuse located in the underhood fuse block. There should be power at the dark blue wire at the blower motor with the key on and the fan speed set to any position.
here's a how to article I did on blower motor operation.
