Hello coreytev , looks like you need to use an Auto-Scanner to clear this code in car system.Usually Car Service Shops Have it and they doesnt charge too much to do it, they will connect the equipment on your car and clear this "error".
You have to remove the brake line, cap it with the cover for the bleed valve, then unbolt the caliper (two bolts), pull the caliper, remove the old pads, compress the piston back into the caliper body (i did this by hand after 135,000 miles, no sweat), then install the new pads, "spring/clip", and reinstall the caliper. I've never before had to remove a brake line and unbolt the calpier to replace brakes, and I've done ALOT of brake jobs
first check your discs and pads to see if pads are worn down or there are any score marks on the disks, also the metal antivibration shims in front of the brake pads for wear and tear.check tyres for wear wrong tyre preasures/unballanced, and steering problems can cause exesive wear on tyres.
Your rear drums are out of round (warped). Eventhough you turned them the problem will not go away because they have hot spots in them that turning can't remove. You need to replace them with new ones to solve this problem. Pulsing pedal is rear brakes and a shimmy in the steering wheel while braking is in the front brakes.. Good luck I hope this helps you out.
