The fuel relay should be located in the main fuse/relay box under the hood on the drivers side. If the inside of the cover does not list which relay it is you may have to go online in your browser and put in " 1995 Chevy Blazer fuel pump relay location". You will get back a picture of the fuse box and the location in the box where the fuel relay is.
The fuel pump relay in my blazer is located in the rear of the glove box which means you have to clean out all of the maps and other junk to get to it. There is a plastic cover that has to be removed to expose the relay which is the right side of the two present.
You can tell if it is operating when you turn the ignition key to "ON", the relay will click and you should hear a humming sound as the fuel pump energizes.

The fuel pump relay is only for the fuel pump priming when you turn on the key. After the vehicle starts the oil pressure switch takes over and runs the pump. If the pump is shutting off after the motor is running the oil pressure swith is probably bad. Let me know if i can help you further.

The Fuel pump relay is in the Power Distribution Box under the hood, it is relay K. If it is the fuse then fuse 17 in the PDB.
It could also be the cut off switch, which is either under the dash above the brake pedal or behind the passenger kick panel

The fuel pump relay is located Under hood, driver side, upper firewall, mounted in
relay block.
The fuse is located under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column.
The fuse block should be visible from underneath the steering column,
near the pedal bracket. If the panel is not visible, check for a
removable compartment door or trim panel which may be used on later
models to hide the block.

The fuel pump relay in a 1995 S-10 blazer 4X4 is located in the upper left corner of your glovebox. It is behind a black plastic cover .there should be two relays visible - the one on the left is the fuel pump. You can hear it working when you turn on the key and it clicks after the fuel pump pressurizes.
