I have a 2007 Hyundai Accent. Recently while i was driving i noticed that my car was acting funny. It just stopped out of nowhere. When i tried to start it up it was shaking a lot when i tried to put my car in reverse and back up it just went off. The clutch pedal was very loose. It felt as if a belt or something was loose. I also smelt a burnt smell like rubber burning or something of that nature. I have had my coil packs changed out by the dealer a couple of weeks ago so i know it isnt that.

If it's a cable system, I would suspect the cable was frayed. If it uses a hydraulic system, maybe there's air in the line. When the air is heated, the clutch line gets mushy, (much more noticeable when it happens with a brake line). It could need a hydraulic cylinder repair kit too..
You would probably need to change leads as well and or run an injector cleaner through and take a long drive to get it through nice. Pretty shaw leads though.
Dont drive a car with the light flashing. A flashing check engine light means that something is really wrong and you can damage the engine if you drive it.
Check the trunk rubber for damage and/or improper mounting.
There will ordinarily be drain holes in the area where the tail light assemblies mount to the back of the car. If they are plugged up, the water will have nowhere to go when it rains, and will seep through the gasket between the tail light housings and the body metal.
If unable to find the problem, have someone soak the back of the car in the trunk / tail light area with a garden hose, and watch for water intrusion from inside the trunk with a flashlight (hopefully, the rear seat backs flip down so you can gain access to the trunk from inside the car).
Good luck!
