you would need a new a/c pump, however you you didnt want to replace it and could live with out the a/c, a cheaper option is to replace the belt and bypass the a/c. Most auto parts store will sell you a belt of the correct dimensions if you tell them you wish to bypass the a/c. I've done this for many customers. It can be done on just about any motor.
You probably have an air lock. Remove a heater hose and get all the air out. Then run it with the rad cap off until it warms up. You should see the water level drop when it finally goes, or if you got the air out with the heater hose, it should be okay.
1-Remove serpentine fan belt

Pretty sure you don't need to drop the tank on those. I usually take the tank down as "routine" to prevent dirt etc from falling into it while working and to check contents of tank for rust & water that can & will damage new pump. A bit of extra work, but many times well worth the effort! Tank r&r isn't really such a difficult job. Good Luck
Replace the timming chain, gears, and magnet. With that cat getting that hot it has to be out of time. When the cam sensor picks up no signal, ecu can't control timming and reverts back to a preset, fixed base # .
