Most of the time on the older BMW you can just disconnect the negitive on the battery for about 5 min to reset the light

I think the sedan hood will fit the coupe, but you you should go to RealOEM.com and check the part number on the hood to make sure it is the same for both cars.

Wut needs to be done at the 70,000 mile service for a BMW 325is?
depends one what has been maintaned already. if you havnt replace the spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, oil change, brake fluid flush and cooling system flush.

Either hook the jumper cables to the battery in the trunk or hook the postive to the postive stud under the hood( passenger side near the firewall) and the ground to the block.
