Have you checked air in tires? let me go over some things to check for you.it could be a bad ball joint on either the passenger or drivers side front.could also be a bad universal joint in the driveline shaft. have you had it off road lately and hit something in roadway?it may just need alignment.to check ball joints you'll need to jack front of car up, make sure to use jack stands to insure safety. with it up in air check for in and play in each wheel, physically push top and bottom of each wheel in and out. if there is play in tires, most likely a bad ball joint.or to check driveline u joint, recommend you leave it to a pro.it entails you crawling under the car while on jack stands w/car in park and emegeacy brakes on. shake drive line up and down, if there is any play in it. the u joints bad. ther are 2 1 infront and 1 in back next to rearend. hope this helps and thank you for visiting fix ya

What causes slight vibration?

sounds too much like a wheel imbalance, check all the wheel nuts are tight too (I know it sounds stupid but it has happened to me) some off-road tyres have a speed limit set to around 50mph.

Jeep Grand Cherokee 2003 vibrations at 30 mph to 45 mph only when accelerating. What could cause this? Not sure about the first answer, any second opinions?

One possible cause is a worn universal joint. The first symptoms are usually a powertrain vibration at a certain rpm or speed. A visual inspection will sometimes show powdery residue by one of the bearing caps.
